Faculty and staff enrolled in a DePaul Medical program now have access to First Stop Health, your free virtual health and well-being benefit. First Stop Health is a complement to your existing coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, designed to reduce your costs and provide more flexibility in how you seek treatment.
First Stop Health services include:
- Free Primary Virtual Care: Speak with a doctor about routine checkups or ongoing health concerns. (Not available for HMO plan members.)
- Free Virtual Urgent Care: Get 24/7 care for sudden issues such as sore throats, rashes or fevers, even on weekends and holidays.
- Free Short-Term Counseling: Access support from licensed therapists when feeling overwhelmed or in need of someone to talk to.
- Free Mental Health Care: Connect with a therapist, coach or doctor for mental health support.
To access your First Stop Health benefits, log in at
firststophealth.com. If you're logging in for the first time, select
"Claim my account" and use your employee ID number to activate your account.
