Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) supports employees throughout their career at DePaul. Starting on your first day at our New Employee Orientation, WLP helps sets the context for your time at DePaul and then continues to support you by offering a range of professional development options and management training.
New Employee Orientation serves as an introduction to university mission, values, culture and business practices and provides new employees with just-in-time resources to support their transition to the university and to their new job roles.
Through this series of foundational courses, employees strengthen skills and practices in hiring, employee engagement, communication, supervision and performance and learn about DePaul’s policies and procedures.
DePaul employees are encouraged to explore ways to continue growing as professionals by taking advantage of the wide variety of professional development content available on a variety of topics.
