As a 2nd-level Manager

​If an employee receives an overall rating of "below expectations" or "unsatisfactory," a second-level manager approval is required before sharing the completed performance appraisal document with the employee. If an approval is required, second-level managers will receive an email and bell notification within BlueSky.
