Self-Service Student Dashboard


Project Description

The Office of Financial Aid and the University Registrar requested a student-facing dashboard within Campus Connect that displays key indicators of student progress – degree progress report data and advisor contact information, as well as financial aid usage and remaining eligibility data (federal Pell Grant, Illinois Monetary Award, federal subsidized and unsubsidized Direct Loans, overall satisfactory progress standing, etc.). This information was either not directly available to students or was scattered across various menu structures within Campus Connect. The comprehensive, unified presentation of this data will better inform student enrollment and financing questions and decisions. As a companion to the self-service dashboard, we created a staff-facing dashboard that will allow Financial Aid, Registrar, and DePaul Central staff to easily view the same information as students.
