Information services offers a wide variety of services to the university community. Students, faculty, and staff can take advantage of numerous offerings to include the few that we have highlighted below.

All currently enrolled DePaul students, both full- and part-time, are entitled to a free Office 365 account. It includes a free email account, access to Microsoft Office, OneDrive storage, and several other features.

An easy to use, wordpress-based blogging platform is available to students, faculty, staff and departments at DePaul.  Login at blogs.depaul.edu to get started!
DePaul's learning management system received a facelift which improved the look and feel, as well as, accessibility on mobile devices.

For Students - Download the Microsoft Office productivity software for FREE!  Thesoftware suite includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, InfoPath, OneNote, Visio, Project, and Publisher. 

Illume enables DePaul to identify at-risk students with high accuracy, gain insight into the factors influencing their likelihood to persist, and connect them with faculty and staff who can take actions to improve outcome in real time.

Schedule Planner is a solution that makes it easy for students to build schedules that accommodate outside obligations and preferred learning times.

The Genius Squad is DePaul's premiere support service for all current students. The Genius Squad offers free technical service and support for desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and other personal electronic devices. The desk is staffed by some of DePaul's most technically adept students, many of whom are currently enrolled in our Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media, so you can trust that they'll have the answers you need. 

IPrint From Anywhere allows you to print directly to the Intelliprint printers in DePaul computer labs from your personal computer without having to transfer documents to a lab computer.

Eduroam is available at DePaul and on participating University Campuses, giving DePaul students, faculty, and staff wireless access when traveling to participating institutions. Eduroam (education roaming) is the secure worldwide federated network access service developed for the international research and education community.  You can find more info at https://www.eduroam.us/ or visit our wireless page for setup instructions.

DePaul students, faculty, and staff can login to LinkedInLearning for unlimited FREE access to a vast online library of instructional videos covering the latest software, creative, and business skills.

Looking for free and easy access to many of the same applications you’ll find in the DePaul Student Computing Labs?  Use the DePaul Virtual Lab, where you can access Maple, R, Minitab, SAS, SPSS, and more right from the comfort of your own home, apartment, or favorite coffee shop!

iDePaul is the university-wide smartphone application, which centralizes information important to students, faculty and staff.  The application is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app provides one-stop access to campus maps, university news, the library, the DePaul directory, campus events, and more.

  • Apple: Special education pricing on Apple computers is available at the DePaul Online Apple Store.

  • Dell: Discounts available on Dell computers, electronics, and accessories.  

  • CDW-G: CDW-G offers discounted pricing on a variety of electronics and computer hardware, software, and accessories.

  • AT&T: Faculty, staff, students, and alumni can shop for new phones, devices and plans as well migrate an existing AT&T account to take advantage of discounts.

Qualtrics is a robust online research suite, available to all current DePaul students, faculty, and staff.  Qualtrics helps you to create, distribute, and analyze online surveys with ease.
