Help Desk

Daley Lab
The Help Desk provides technical assistance via phone, e-mail and web for current DePaul students, faculty and staff. We support computers, network access, telephones, e-mail accounts, and university instructional and administrative software. We can troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related issues with both the Mac and Windows operating systems.

Classroom Emergency Hotline

If you experience problems with the classroom technology during your class,press the Classroom Technology Hotline button on the phone next to the podium (or dial extension 2-5900) to speak with a support specialist.

Genius Squad

The Genius Squad is DePaul's premiere support service for current students. We offer free technical service and support for desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and other personal electronic devices. The Genius Squad can assist with wireless setup, virus and malware removal, hardware repair, RAM upgrades, phone configuration for access to e-mail, and a variety of other technical services.

ID Card Services

ID Card Servicesissues DePaul ID cards to students,faculty, and staff members.We also provide on-site Campus Connection password resets and distribute CTA Ventra U-Pass transit cards. ID Card Services offices are located on all DePaul campuses.

Technical Training

Media Production & Training (MPT) offers free technology training workshops and online training resources for current DePaul students, faculty, and staff.
