The IT Project Management Office (IT PMO) is a part of Information Services created to support the successful implementation of technology projects at DePaul. The team collaborates throughout a project’s lifecycle with a broad range of schools, departments, offices, and individuals at DePaul and works in conjunction with areas of Information Services to assess, manage, and complete projects. On the new website, DePaul faculty and staff can view details about submitting tickets vs. requesting projects, a current project dashboard, and past project highlights.
It’s finals week. You’re under a deadline. You don’t have much time, and something goes horribly wrong. Maybe you can’t access a DePaul technology service or application. Perhaps it’s an issue with the application. Who knows?!? The only thing that matters is that the technology you need isn’t working. Sometimes things go wrong at really bad times.
Information Services strives to make technology work seamlessly and conveniently, but sometimes things go wrong. When they do, call the Help Desk at (312) 362-8765 or stop by the Genius Squad for fast service.
When you’re on a deadline, you’ll get the fastest service by calling the Help Desk during their hours of operation instead of emailing or submitting a Help Desk ticket in ServiceNow.

Spend less money on things you like! And maybe even some things you just kind of like! Did you know that members of the DePaul community can take advantage of discounts from local vendors in the city to national companies. So take that extra cash and buy yourself something nice! Wait, does that defeat the purpose of saving the money in the first place?
