Project Description
In collaboration with the ServiceNow team within Information Services, IT PMO created a series of data-driven dashboards and reports for various offices and individuals throughout DePaul. These user-friendly dashboards display clear data and trends that are extracted from the expansive data captured in ServiceNow through tracking requests, issues, and knowledge base interactions.
