Information Services has updated the request process for several services that IS provides for DePaul employees, consolidating them into one request form and adding additional workflow controls and tracking. To access IS Service Requests, log into Campus Connect, go to Self Service, IS Service Requests, and click on My Requests.
Once you submit the form, each request will begin a workflow consisting of one or more approval steps. PeopleSoft Access Requests and ImageNow Access requests will begin the approval workflows by sending an email to the first approver, notifying them they need to review a request.
You may track the status of your open requests in the My Requests page. Just click on the details link in the list to see the details for all individual access requests from that request.

DePaul manages four separate PeopleSoft systems (CS, HR, CRM, and Finance), and each system has hundreds of separate security roles in them. Unless you do this frequently and know the exact role to request, reach out to the functional security area to discuss your needs. You may find the relevant contact on the form once you select the Owner (e.g. Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, etc.).
