All individuals who report that they have experienced sexual or relationship violence will be provided with a written
Sexual and Relationship Violence Rights and Options.
Campus and community resources are available to both survivors and supporters. Resources are available for counseling, medical and legal services, and academic support. A student may choose to use outside counseling if they have used all of their available sessions with DePaul's University Counseling and Psychological Services or if they feel more comfortable discussing their experience with someone not related to the university.
We are aware that many problems may arise after experiencing a sexual assault. If you feel you or a friend may be struggling from an addiction or developing physical or mental health problems due to a sexual assault, it is a good idea to treat both the root cause and the resulting problem.
