Communication Guidelines

Many staff members throughout the division of Student Affairs have responsibility for communications related to their department's programs and services.  The following documents outline the various divisional and university guidelines that are in place to assist staff in optimal marketing and promotion of their office's offerings:

Communication Support for Departments

The divisional marketing communication specialist provides a number of services in support of Student Affairs departmental communications. Staff can request many of these services through the division's intranet. You can contact the marketing communications specialist with any questions, as well. Some services provided include:
  1. ​Graphic design
  2. Event or other photography
  3. Communication planning for new or expanded programs, services or events. The marketing communication specialist can also consult on and help develop a general communication plan for your department
  4. Event, program or service marketing and publicity through DePaul Newsline or Newsline Daily
  5. Departmental web page edits or updates
