Your International Student and Scholar Services (ISS) advisor can assist you with questions related to your F-1 or J-1 immigration status, cultural adjustment, navigating campus resources and referrals to university services.
F-1 and J-1 Student Advising Appointments
ISS Advising is being offered in-person as well as by Zoom, telephone and email. Your advisor is assigned based on the first letter of your last name.

The ISS Front Desk is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Chicago Time.
Current Students: MyDePaul Appointment Scheduling
Current and enrolled students can schedule an appointment with their assigned ISS advisor by using the MyDePaul system. MyDePaul allows you to search for available appointment times and self-schedule or cancel an appointment with your ISS Advisor.

Alumni and Incoming Students: Appointment Scheduling in Bookings
Incoming or Alumni students who do not yet have access to MyDePaul can schedule an appointment with their assigned ISS advisor by using the Microsoft Bookings system. Microsoft Bookings allows you to search for available appointment times and self-schedule or cancel an appointment with your ISS Advisor.
If you are a continuing student, you must schedule an appointment through MyDePaul. If a continuing student schedules an appointment through Bookings, ISS will cancel it and redirect them to schedule an appointment using MyDePaul.
