Revised Executive Order on Immigration
UPDATE: On March 15, 2017, the U.S. District Court in Hawaii issued a nationwide temporary restraining order, preventing the U.S. Government from enforcing the executive order entry bar that was scheduled to go into effect on March 16, 2017.
On March 6, 2017, President Trump signed a revised Executive Order on Immigration that will take effect beginning March 16th, 2017. The new Executive Order affects citizens of six countries: Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. We are closely monitoring developments. Please refer to our Travel F.A.Q. website for updates. USCIS Fee Increases - December 23
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced a final rule published in the Federal Register adjusting the fees required for most immigration applications and petitions. Read more about the new fee schedule on the USCIS Our Fees page. The new fees will be effective December 23, 2016.
