Copilot Chat (available for DePaul faculty, students, and staff)
Microsoft Copilot Chat is available for DePaul students, faculty, and staff. You can utilize Copilot Chat either through a web browser or in the the Copilot Chat app.
Key benefits: Draft documents, summarize emails, generate ideas, and more.
Accessing the Copilot Chat app:

BlueKey login required: Web, desktop, and mobile apps require you to login and authenticate with your BlueKey credentials to access Copilot Chat.

Web app: Visit https://copilot.cloud.microsoft.

Copilot Chat desktop and mobile app: All students, faculty and staff can download the Copilot Chat app.

DePaul work computers: DePaul employees with work computers should already have the Copilot Chat on their computer. Simply use the search bar to find it.

Microsoft Edge browser: Access via the Edge sidebar (after logging into the browser with your BlueKey credentials).

Please note: Microsoft also offers Copilot for Microsoft 365 apps. This integrates Copilot into apps like Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. This option is currently not available for the DePaul community. An additional license and monthly expense is required.
Zoom AI Companion (available for DePaul employees)
DePaul faculty and staff have the option to enable the AI Companion in Zoom meetings. The Zoom AI Companion will only be available if it is enabled by the meeting host. Those who don’t want to use the AI Companion simply don’t need to enable it.

Zoom’s AI Companion is an optional tool designed to support productivity, and DePaul users are encouraged to explore its features thoughtfully and with privacy in mind.
