Housing Hub

The Housing Hub is an extension of the Department of Housing & Residence Life and offers resident support services to students living on DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Area Coordinators and student employees from Housing & Residence Life oversee Housing Hub operations, playing a crucial role in supporting residents' daily living and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.

Available Fall Quarter, Winter Quarter, and Spring Quarter.
Excludes holidays and observances when the university is officially closed.

As a residential student, you can contact or visit the Housing Hub if you:

Need to check-in or check-out of your residence hall unit or on-campus apartment.
Have a question about placing a work order or the status of a work order request.
Lost your key and/or have had your locks changed.
Have questions about your health and safety inspection or about a facility project in your residence hall unit or on-campus apartment.
To report a daytime (between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.) emergency issue in your room or apartment.
