If you're looking to live on campus, no date is too late. The Department of Housing & Residence Life assigns students to campus housing year-round on both the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. Housing is still available for winter and spring quarters! If you are interested in applying or have questions, email housing@depaul.edu.
Please note: The challenge of moving to campus midyear is the majority of spaces are already occupied. With space being so limited, we cannot guarantee housing preferences and requests will be granted.
Housing Beginning Winter Quarter
If you need housing beginning in Winter Quarter, you will need to complete an agreement after October 1. Winter Quarter housing assignments will be completed and communicated in early December. To be assigned housing beginning in Winter Quarter, you must be enrolled in Winter Quarter classes.
Housing Beginning Spring Quarter
If you need housing beginning in Spring Quarter, you will need to complete an agreement after January 1. Spring Quarter housing assignments will be completed and communicated in early March. To be assigned housing beginning in Spring Quarter, you must be enrolled in Spring Quarter classes.
How to Apply
Applying to campus housing is easy. Just fill out the housing agreement at myhousing.depaul.edu.
A $400 prepayment is required for all new, incoming students. To make the prepayment:
Continuing students are not required to submit a prepayment.
Students under 18 years old at the time of applying are required to submit a completed parent/guardian voucher to housing@depaul.edu.
