Winter Housing

Residents of Lincoln Park traditional residence halls—Corcoran Hall, Munroe Hall, Ozanam Hall, Seton Hall, and University Hall—are required to vacate their room for the Winter Break closure by noon (12:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, as their building will close at noon on this date. Whereas, residents of LeCompte Hall will be able to remain since this building will stay open for Winter Break.​​ 

Campus apartments—Centennial Hall, Courtside Apartments, McCabe Hall, Sanctuary Hall, Sanctuary Townhomes, Sheffield Square, and University Center (Loop) will remain open during Winter Break. 

Residents of traditional residence halls may return to campus for Winter Quarter starting January 4, 2026. See key da​tes for more information.

December Inters​ession (November 26, 2025 - December 19, 2025)

DePaul Housing offers temporary December Intersession housing, located in LeCompte Hall, for current Fall Quarter residents living in traditional residence halls, who are required by the university to remain on campus during the intersession period. December Intersession housing spaces are very limited and are approved on a first come, first served basis. 

There is an additional cost for December Intersession housing. This will be added to the student's DePaul financial account.  

The December Intersession agreement will be available at myhousing.depaul.edu​—beginning noon Friday, October 17, 2025, and must be submitted no later than noon Friday, October 31, 2025.​
