DePaul Quad Entrance​

​Student Summer Housing

​The Summer 2026 Housing Agreement will become available in the Housing Portal at myhousing.depaul.edu on April 24, 2026, at noon (12 p.m.). The agreement must be completed by noon (12 p.m.) on May 8, 2026, to be considered for summer housing.​

There are limited housing options on Lincoln Park Campus this summer. Only current DePaul students may complete a housing agreement for Summer 2026 if at least one of the following scenarios applies to the student: 

  • Enrolled in Summer Session 1, Summer Session 2, or the Full Summer Term. 
  • Awaiting the start of their university-owned apartment lease. 
    • ​NOTE: Prorated housing charges may apply to cover the interim period between the summer agreement end date and fall agreement start date for students continuing to live on campus. 
  • Required to remain on campus for a university-sponsored job, internship, or other approved summer employment in the area. 
Meal plan​s are not available as most Blue Demon Hospitality locations will be closed during Summer Session. However, assigned summer spaces have kitchens or access to a community kitchen for meal preparation. 

Current University Center residents moving to Lincoln Park Campus for approved summer housing must be available to transition to their summer housing assignment on Monday, June 16, 2026. 

Current Lincoln Park Campus residents approved for summer housing must be available to transition to their summer housing assignment on Tuesday, June 17, 2026. ​

Group Summer Housing

Summer Intern Housing

Housing accommodations are available for college students interning in the Chicago area over the summer. DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus is the perfect location for summer interns with easy access to transportation connecting across the city.
