The Office of Student Employment consults with managers regarding work-related conflicts involving regulatory compliance, job performance, behavioral inconsistencies and other conduct issues. Our goal is to educate you and your students on how to identify and understand the nature of work-related conflicts, and guide the resolution process, if needed.

Our team can offer best practices and approaches to effectively address workplace issues and guide you through the progressive discipline and termination processes, if necessary.
