Manager Training

​​We encourage all faculty and staff who manage student employees to participate in OSE training modules. These trainings teach managers the most effective ways of hiring and managing student employees. We also offer additional learning opportunities through our Manager Support Network programs. You can find upcoming events under our Eve​nts page​ and you can see recordings of past events below. ​This page also provides a Resource Library for asynchronous learning.

The Manager Training Modules are now in BlueSky and readily accessible for when you need them! To enroll in any modules, navigate to BlueSky. Click on the 'Me' tab and then select the Learning tile. You can find the two modules by searching 'Manager Training Hiring Student Employees' and 'Manager Training Managing Student Employees'.
