Student Employee Trainings & Resources

​​​​On–campus employment is the first step in your career path and may serve as a great foundation for later employment. The university provides opportunities, both on-the-job and beyond, to sharpen your skills, learn new tools, and contribute to your professional development.

All new student employees are required to complete the New Student Employee Orientation module on BlueSky when first hired.

This required training module is designed to set you up for success as you begin your on-campus employment at DePaul. You are automatically enrolled in the course when hired into your first campus job and must be complete it within the first two weeks of employment.

DePaul students, faculty, and staff can log in to LinkedIn Learning for unlimited free access to a vast online library of instructional videos covering the latest software, creative, and business skills.

The Office of Student Employment has created a series of Professional Skills Collections for student employees to elevate their career readiness.

Career Development Resources
