Building Description
This four-story residence hall offers semi-suite style double rooms with shared adjacent bathrooms. Bathroom entrances are located in the hallway just outside the semi-suite doors. The central laundry room is on the lower level. Full kitchens, lounges, and study rooms are located on each floor. University Hall offers
double suite, triple suite, and
double deluxe rooms. All rooms feature large closets. University Hall is a predominantly first-year student residence hall.
- Offices for Residence Hall Council (RHC) are located on the lower level, along with a gaming lounge.
- Rooms feature extra-long twin beds.
- All beds come with 60” tall adjustable bed ends that allow beds to be set anywhere between standard height up to loft height. Triple suites are set with 1 bunk bed and 1 lofted bed due to space constraints, and this configuration cannot be changed.
- University Hall has LVT flooring (luxury vinyl tile / hard surface), so we highly recommend bringing a small area rug for decor and comfort.
