How to Hire a Student Employee

​Thanks for your interest in hiring a student employee. On-campus jobs are an important part of the campus ecosystem, and provide numerous benefits to both students and the university.

The student employee recruiting and hiring process involves several DePaul systems. You'll post your job opening and manage the application process via the Office of Student Employment's Campus Job Board. Once you're ready to hire a student, you'll do so via the OSE Hiring Center, a new system that is housed in Campus Connect and connects to BlueSky. The OSE Hiring Center replaces the old paper hiring form known as the SEAF. Learn more about the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process in the following pages:
