Position Information

Description: Basic office work including filing, photocopying, sending out mail as well as any other clerical duties. May answer the phone and have some interaction with customers, however, this position is typically not front-facing. No experience is required. (Level A)

Pay Rate: $15.40

Billing Rate: $17.94

Description: Accommodate visitors by welcoming and assisting them appropriately, maintaining a positive working relationship with internal staff as well as managing phone and email systems. Must be capable of providing general office support. Some experience is required (Level A)

Description: Administrative experience required. May perform general office work (including mass mailing, filings, photocopying). Has knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and is able to work both independently and in teams in order to reach a positive solution both within the department and with outside customers. 1-2 years of applicable experience. (Level B)

Billing Rate: $18.40

Description: More advance assistant. This position encompasses all responsibilities of a Student Assistant as well as a higher level of analytic thinking and problem solving. This position required thorough decision making. 1-2 years of experience necessary. (Level C)

Pay Rate: $17.85

Billing Rate: $19.40

Description: A specialized position in web design, programming, accounting etc. Manager is able to request knowledge of particular skills/languages. May require 2 years of experience. (Level D)

Pay Rate: $18.25

Billing Rate: $20.98
