Student employees play integral roles in the overall operations of departments across the university. While working on campus, students earn an income, which can help defray their educational costs and build the knowledge and skill sets needed to enter the world of work with confidence. On-campus employment also offers opportunities to form stronger connections with the university; these connections have been proven to increase retention.
