Orientation Leaders (OLs)
To help implement DePaul’s orientation programs, the Office of New Student and Family Engagement selects 28 dynamic and mature undergraduate students to serve as Orientation Leaders (OLs) each year. Orientation Leaders play a critical role in implementing orientation during the summer as well as throughout the 2025 – 26 school year and are a valuable resource to incoming students and their family members during the transition to college life at DePaul. Orientation for First-Year students (Premiere DePaul) and orientation for transfer students (Transition DePaul) occur on various dates throughout the summer, spanning the following dates: June 30- September 8, 2025.
Transition DePaul orientations also take place during the school year before the start of each quarter. Upon successful completion of summer employment, Orientation Leaders will have the option to remain on the orientation team and work Transition DePaul programs throughout the year.
