Expanded counseling support for your student: My Student Support Program (My SSP)

Whether your student just began their first year in college or they are preparing life beyond graduation, college is both an exciting time and a period of adjustment and stress. DePaul ensures that all students are capable of taking care of themselves through their partnership with the My Student Support Program (My SSP). My SSP is a resource that provides them with 24/7, year-round access to individual, brief, solution-focused counseling support with licensed mental health clinicians, as well as self-directed digital content.

My SSP addressed concerns ranging from academic success and maintaining healthy relationships to mental health struggles such as stress, anxiety, sadness and more. This service also comes at no cost to you or your student, and multilingual support is available in order to properly serve DePaul's diverse student population. Any information shared by the student is confidential unless they choose to share it themselves.

Encourage your student to download the free My SSP app now through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For more information and to watch a quick My SSP App Tutorial Video, visit the My SSP: My Student Support Program website.
