The LGBTQIA+ Resource Center is one of the four Cultural & Resource Centers at DePaul University. The LGBTQIA+ Resource Center provides a venue for all students to learn about LGBTQIA+ culture, heritage, and traditions. The center is located on Lincoln Park Campus at O’Connell Hall, 1036 W. Belden Avenue, Room 350. The LGBTQIA+ Resource Center seeks to foster belonging for students by providing resources and opportunities for identity, academic, professional, and holistic development. 

Services Offered

  • ​Individual Student Support: LGBTQIA+ connects students to university resources that address their concerns and foster personal, academic, professional, and holistic development.  
  • Student Organization Support: LGBTQIA+ provides leadership development, event planning, funding, and connection to campus resources.  
  • Community Education: LGBTQIA+ hosts spaces, workshops, dialogue, and training that raises awareness about individual and collective histories / stories of the APIDA diaspora.
  • University Collaboration: LGBTQIA​+ partners with faculty, staff, and departments that foster a sense of belonging at DePaul.
