Workshops

Join us for any of our upcoming workshops designed to help you access resources you need to be successful in your personal, academic, and professional goals while you are a student at DePaul University.

Learn tools to manage stress, navigate emotions, and build resilience and be part of a study while you're at it.

This workshop is designed specifically for international students looking to strengthen their mental wellness toolkit. In a small group setting, you'll develop practical strategies for stress management, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Participation also contributes to an active research study on student wellbeing.

A consent form will be provided prior to the start. After the workshop, participants will be asked to complete a short satisfaction survey.

Wednesday, April 1st | 2:00–4:00 PM | DePaul Center – Room 11013, 11th Floor
