Wellness Wednesdays

​ Wellness​ Wednesdays are a time to sit down and focus on your well-being. These session are open to our entire DePaul community. We invite students, staff and faculty to join us in learning about a new wellness topic each week. You will gain insight and perspective on the student experience and staff/faculty experience based on whichever topic it is for that week.

Take time out of your week to practice some self-care and enhance your wellness. Join HPW staff and HEAT every Wednesday for a new wellness topic discussion.
