Sexual Health

In accordance with our Vincentian Catholic tradition and Catholic Social Teaching, the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness firmly believes that sex education should never be reduced to a matter of mere communication and information. Rather, it must always be shared in a setting where human dignity and the personal and spiritual values of sexuality are explored and given meaning.

The Office of Health Promotion and Wellness offers a range of reproductive health, sexual transmitted infection (STI) and sexual violence prevention resources designed to promote sexual health as an aspect of one’s holistic well- being and framed in healthy relationship. We believe sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, free of pressure, discrimination and violence.
