Here are just a few of the projects that are seeking funding in April:
  • The campaign for The Cities Project is raising funds to support Dr. Kathryn Grant and her students in the Department of Psychology as they provide programming for at-risk elementary school students over the summer months.
  • ST*RS (“Support Tomorrow’s Rising Stars”) is a group of graduating students in The Theatre School who are in need of funding to get their emerging careers off the ground.
  • The Latino Law Student Association is seeking funding to host the Illinois Latino Law Student Forum, a program that introduces Latino high school students to the study of law in order to increase representation in the profession.
  • The Department of Geography is hoping to purchase a drone to provide our students with a set of skills that are in high demand, giving our graduates an important edge in the job market.
