Students can still get involved!

Many parents and families have been voicing concerns over how their student can connect with others at DePaul. While there aren’t going to be many in-person events this quarter, there are many virtual opportunities for engagement with student organizations. To find out more about events like Involvement Fairs, Dinners with your Class, arts and crafts, trivia and more, students just need to visit the Digital Engagement Network (DEN) in DeHub, the student engagement platform at DePaul. They will find all the details about upcoming events throughout the quarter: dates, times, Zoom links and/or locations, descriptions, and more. Students may also check for events by reading Newsline Daily

Don’t let your student become passive in interacting with others! Whether they are with you at home or here in Chicago, make sure to encourage them to seek out new clubs and new friends. They won’t regret it--the variety and amount of activities draws all kinds of students, and they are sure to find someone or something they like!
