DePaul offers many opportunities for adjunct faculty members to connect with colleagues and develop their teaching skills in an instructional setting.

• Teaching Commons Workshop Series — Workshops covering a range of teaching-related topics that are offered every quarter on both campuses and, for some sessions, online
• Fall Forum on Teaching and Learning — Faculty from across DePaul’s colleges and schools connect with one another at the beginning of the academic year and share strategies for teaching and learning
• Teaching and Learning Conference — A spring tradition at DePaul for over 20 years, faculty and instructional staff share with their peers what works in the classroom
• Instructional Technology Workshops — Opportunities to learn about new technologies
• Assessment Certificate Program — A workshop-based program designed to provide training and support for faculty and staff engaged in the assessment of student learning
• DePaul Online Teaching Series (DOTS) — A faculty development program that trains and assists faculty to become successful facilitators of online learning
• Teaching and Learning Certificate Program — Opportunity for participants to discover best practices and share, discuss and evaluate teaching strategies
