Students who are not living on campus during spring quarter and completed their move and check-out process by March 22 have begun to receive full credits and refunds for their housing, meal plan (including unused flex dollars), and Medcare charges. These credits are being applied directly to your student’s account. Please allow at least three weeks into the spring quarter for credits to appear on the account. You should have been contacted about receiving a refund. If you haven’t yet, contact Housing Services housing@depaul.edu.
Students who have been approved for and are living in the residence halls during spring quarter are experiencing a much different living situation than previous quarters. There are new housing guidelines in place regarding guests, dining options, meal plans and more as precautions are put into effect to protect the health and safety of all members in the DePaul community.

Although the future is uncertain in light of the COVID-19 crisis, we are moving ahead with the fall on-campus housing process. Students must
complete a housing application by
Wednesday, April 15. Once the application is in, your student will receive an email from Housing Services with their randomly selected Room Selection appointment, which will occur online sometime after April 17.
While the Housing Department’s physical office is closed because of the state-wide stay-at-home order, they are checking voicemails and emails multiple times throughout the day. Direct any questions you might have to
housing@depaul.edu, and responses will be sent back within 24 hours.
