Converted Housing

Often, residents who are assigned to converted housing have questions about what this type of housing is and why we implement it in our residence halls. This page includes frequently asked questions and a virtual tour of a converted housing unit to help familiarize you with this type of assignment. If you need more details after reviewing the information on this page, please email the Housing & Residence Life office at housing@depaul.edu.

Virtual Tours

360 virtual tours of converted housing units are not yet available for all halls, but see below for views of a converted housing unit in Ozanam Hall.

Virtual Tour Description
Lived-in converted unit Occupancy of three residents*
*Please note the room setup upon move-in is two (2) beds bunked and one (1) bed lofted. Alterations from this room setup are rare to ensure the most comfort for residents and best use of space. If the converted triple changes to a double with two (2) residents, there may be more flexibility to reconfigure.
