Get ready for Winter Quarter registration!

Students should clear holds and talk to their advisors now

Did you know? Your students can start searching for available courses for Winter Quarter before registration opens! Students can begin exploring course offerings and add courses to their course cart for Winter Quarter 2019 two weeks prior to their registration date.

Students are emailed an enrollment date and time from DePaul Central, indicating when they can begin registering for the upcoming term. Registration dates begin as early as October 11. Following are some housekeeping items students should take care of now, before they register:
  • Students should check for holds, to do’s and warnings that may impact registering for classes, then, take care of them!
  • They should also set up a time to meet with an academic advisor to ensure they understand how they are progressing through their degree requirements, and to ensure they are registering for the proper courses.
Visit http://go.depaul.edu/success to learn how your student can find their academic advisor, and you can learn more about DePaul’s BlueStar system, an online system that allows students to connect with their advisors, instructors and other DePaul resources.
