Guest Forms
The below forms are only for the use of tenants (The DePaulia Newspaper, Radio DePaul and Residence Hall Council) that have offices within the Department of Housing's residence halls.
Lower level tenants have prearranged access on their individual DePaul ID cards to gain access to University Hall. However, when tenants would like to bring guest(s) into the offices, guest access must be arranged in advance.
