Victoria began her career with DePaul Housing in 2005. Now, as the Associate Director of Housing Operations, she supervises and supports an operation with 150+ employees. Victoria coordinates several projects which impact the student residential experience, and she appreciates daily interactions with students, faculty, and staff across the university.
In addition to her work in Housing, Victoria also teaches in the Writing, Rhetoric & Discourse Department at DePaul University in the First-Year Writing Program and serves the university as Staff Council President. Her life aspirations are to keep traveling around the world, maybe write a novel, maybe start a podcast, watch as many movies as she can, and always remain connected to the energy of college students and higher education.
Victoria's academic achievements include graduating from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, with a bachelor's degree in business administration and holding a master's degree in English Studies (technical writing / professional writing) from Illinois State University in Normal, IL. Before coming to DePaul, Victoria worked in hospitality management (Marriott).
