Diamond Dixon-Perkins joined DePaul University in September 2025 as the Residence Director of Ozanam Hall. In her role, she supervises Resident Assistants and supports resident wellbeing and belonging through intentional focus on mental health and holistic student development.
Prior to joining DePaul, Diamond worked as a Residence Director at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, where she completed her second Master's Degree in Education, Policy, and Organizational Leadership. Diamond earned her first Masters in Clinical Mental Health counseling in July of 2021, and her Bachelors in Psychology in May of 2018.
Outside of work, Diamond enjoys spending time with family, her cat, Duke, and building Legos and all things mini. Diamond also loves exploring the city with friends!
