If you are an employee, you have certain reporting obligations under the Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy and the Sexual and Relationship Violence Prevention and Response Policy.
All university employees must report to the director of Gender Equity (Title IX coordinator) all relevant details about any incidents of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual or relationship violence, of which they become aware. The university will need to determine what happened – and will need to know the names of the individuals involved in the incident, any witnesses, and any other relevant facts, including the date, time and specific location of the incident. The director of Gender Equity (Title IX coordinator) is responsible for responding to reports of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual and relationship violence.
If you are a university employee and a member of the DePaul community has shared information with you related to sexual or relationship violence, please refer to this
Step by Step Faculty and Employee Guide.
A report can be submitted electronically here.
