Vincentian Service Day 2025

When and Where is VSD 2025?

Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
Registration for groups and individuals opens in April.

Location: VSD 2025 will begin in the Sullivan Athletic Center on DePaul’s Lincoln Park campus and participants will do service throughout Chicago before returning to Lincoln Park for a post-service barbecue.

Start Time: Doors open at 8:15AM, volunteers should arrive no later than 8:45AM, and the program starts at 9AM.

End Time: Volunteers will return to campus between 12:45-1:30PM and are free to attend the VSD barbecue, which concludes at 3PM.

What is Vincentian Service Day?

Vincentian Service Day (VSD) is an annual tradition at DePaul. Started during the 1998-1999 school year as part of DePaul's Centennial celebration, over 1000 DePaul students, staff, faculty and alumni participate in a day of service with 50+ community partners in the Chicagoland area and cities around the country.
