The Division of Mission and Ministry provides leadership and resources that enable the university to fulfill its distinctive educational mission, serve its diverse student body, and maximize its strategic capacities. One of the primary ways the Office develops leadership capacity for mission is through the Vincentian Endowment Fund, which encourages and supports mission related initiatives and activities.
Through the Vincentian Studies Institute, DePaul University has become the premier international resource for Vincentian studies, serving a wide range of external constituencies who seek to deepen their engagement with the Vincentian heritage. To further promote research and scholarship on Vincentian history, spirituality, and service, the Vincentian Studies Institute sponsors an annual research grant.
The university publicly recognizes, honors and celebrates the ways in which the members of its community provide exemplary service in support of our mission and values. To this end, we sponsor a number of awards and recognition events during the course of each academic year.
