Molly joined DePaul University as the Director of the Office of Gender Equity/Title IX Coordinator in September 2023. In this role, Molly oversees the university’s response to sexual harassment and discrimination, including training, education, communications, and administration of complaint procedures for faculty, staff, students, and third parties in the areas of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
Molly began her career as an attorney practicing family law in the Chicago area. She transitioned into her higher education career as a Senior Governance Support Officer at the University of Technology Sydney. Before joining DePaul, Molly worked at Illinois Institute of Technology as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator where she investigated reports of Title IX sexual harassment and discrimination. Molly earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys swimming, musical theatre, and traveling. You can probably find her riding her bike around Chicago. She lives in Lincoln Park with her husband and son, where she serves on the Sheffield Neighborhood Association’s Board of Directors and Oscar Mayer Magnet School’s Local School Council.
