Jeffery Fricke-Waters currently serves as an Esports Coordinator with the Office of Student Involvement. In this role, he supports and manages the Esports program via programs, tournaments, liaison for EGF and BIG EAST, oversight of gaming centers, and so on. Prior to DePaul, Jeffery worked in the advising department at National Louis University.
Jeffery earned his Bachelors in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies from Oakland University. He also went on to complete his Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs and three Graduate Certificates in Public Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and College Pedagogy from Indiana University Bloomington.
He is also involved with the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) and has served as the Publications Coordinator with the Multiracial Network within ACPA. Jeffery has been previously awarded as a nationally recognized advisor through the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH) Of The Month (OTM) system in 2019.
