Nicole Von Drasek is currently the Residence Director of LeCompte and Munroe halls. In this role, Nicole supervises resident assistants (RAs) at both residence halls, and facilitates educational and social opportunities within the residence hall. Her goal is to apply her master's studies in Marketing Analysis to align procedures and operations more effectively to resident expectations.
Prior to becoming a Residence Director, Nicole worked in DePaul Housing as an Office Assistant in 2019, then later as Senior Facilities Assistant until she received her bachelor’s in English, Communication & Media in 2022. After graduation, Nicole served as a Housing Operations Coordinator supervising a team of Office Assistants and Facilities Assistants in coordinating moves, conducting regular facility inspections, and providing administrative support to residents.
Outside of DePaul, Nicole is a member of the Communications & Marketing Committee of the Great Lakes Association of College and University Officers (GLACUHO), where she is learning about regional, college-living trends.
In her free time, Nicole wanders around Chicago looking for new coffee shops and secret spots.
