Christina Small joined DePaul University as a Gender Equity/Title IX Investigator in the Office of Gender Equity in March 2024. In this role, Christina conducts impartial, fact-finding investigations of allegations of sex-based harassment, discrimination, and violence.
Prior to joining DePaul, Christina was a Student Protections Investigator for Chicago Public Schools where she investigated allegations of sexual and bias-based misconduct. Christina has extensive experience working in education compliance with the Illinois State Board of Education, the DC State Board of Education, and the U.S. Department of Education.
Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University and her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
