C’aira joined DePaul University as an Assistant Director, Employer Engagement & Diversity Recruiting for the Career Center in August, 2022. In this role, she connects with employers and partners to develop effective recruiting and retention strategies for diverse talent at DePaul University.
Prior to DePaul, C’aira was an Employment Specialist and Career Coach, working with young moms at New Moms paid job training program. Prior to that role, she was the YoungLives Coordinator for YoungLives Chicago that served at CPS’ Simpson Academy for Young Women.
C’aira earned her BA in Psychology from DePaul and is currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul’s College of Education.
