Brent joined DePaul in June 2019. In his
role as associate director, he oversees management of the conduct process for
residential students, collaborates with campus partners on various educational
initiatives, and responds to student crisis situations. His
responsibilities also include supervising residence director staff who assist
with providing student support.
Prior to DePaul University, Brent served as an assistant director of Residence
Life working with the first-year population at Bentley University.
He earned
his bachelor's degree in education from the University of Evansville and master's degree in college student personnel from Western Illinois University.
