Vianney Flores (she/her/hers) first joined the DePaul community in 2023 as a Student Retention Specialist in the department of Academic Continuity and Engagement (ACE). In her current role of College Transitions Coordinator, Vianney supports students of historically marginalized identities by providing transition services that connect students to campus resources that foster academic, professional, and personal growth and development.
Before joining DePaul, Vianney worked in various roles within higher education including Academic and Financial advising, Conflict Resolution, and as an Intervention Specialist. Vianney earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
